I Think I'm Ready For Some Chalk Now
As many of you know I have been spending a lot of time at a local middle school getting my observation hours in for my grad classes. (which is why I have been such a slacker in the blog world)! Yesterday I was observing and in 4th period we all went to the bathroom after lunch. During the bathroom break we had a girl fight break out. Yes, I offically broke up my first fight as a teacher. I feel like I am now completely ready to be a real teacher. I believe it is offically my calling because even after all that drama I still loved every minute of my day yesterday and I can't wait to be back there tomorrow and Friday! Crazy I know!! I hope everyone is having a great week! We are half way to the weekend!!

I Can Hear the Bells
The school bell that is! I have missed you sweet blog world! I was MIA Thursday and Friday because I was at a middle school getting some of my observation hours in for my classes. And I loved it!! If any of you are my Facebook friends then you saw my status after the first day. It said "I love when you feel like you know God's calling for your life, then you get a taste of it and He just confirms that you are standing directly in His sovereign will". That is exactly how I felt being in the classroom. I will be back to finish my hours this week, so I might not get to blog as much again. One of the things I have forgotten since being out of school is how early it starts! haha! It's Monday which means that it is time for a Pumpkin Update! My sweet little Niece/Nephew is the size of a Plum today! The most dramatic development this week: reflexes. Pumpkin's fingers will soon begin to open and close, toes will curl, eye muscles will clench, and mouth will make sucking movements. In fact, if Sissy prods her abdomen, Pumpkin will squirm in response, although she won't be able to feel it. I can't wait to be an Aunt!!

What I'm Loving Wednesday
I'm Loving ...
1. That for the most part lately it has been Sunny and in the 70s!! I can't wait for summer time!
2. That tomorrow I will be starting my observation hours!! It finally feels like I am on my way to becoming a teacher. (plus I will get the next two days off from work and next Tuesday, whats not to love about that?!)
3. That Kim's bridesmaid dresses came have been delivered! Her wedding is April 9th and we didn't know if the dresses were going to ship in time, so I am getting my altered on Saturday.
4. That One Tree Hill is playing some re-runs before they start some new episodes in April. I have missed the last three because of classes so now I get to catch up! And for more TV news I am loving that Pretty Little Liars is going to have a June/Summer premier. I was worried and thought after Monday night I was going to have to wait until this Fall for new episodes! Can anyone tell that I like Teeny Bopper Shows?
What are you loving? Play along at littledaisymay.blogspot.com.

Walk Me Down the Middle
This beautiful girl will be walking down the middle of the aisle in a few short weeks!
We went to Nashville this weekend to celebrate her last night as a sexy single girl! It was so much fun getting together with some of our sorority sisters and catching up. We drove up Saturday morning and had lunch at Cheesecake Factory, yum. Then everyone did a little shopping while Whitney and I decorated the hotel for the lingerie shower.
After we opened some gifts we played a few games and then headed out for dancing. Anna had made a bouquet of suckers, suck for a buck. She ended up making $83 dollars!! But since we are old these days we were back at the hotel by midnight and up at 7:30 to have breakfast and get on the road to go home! haha Yes it was a wild weekend!
I can't wait till May 21st to see two of the most perfect people for each other get married!
While we were driving to Nashville and back we listened to one of our new favorite groups and I just loved this song!
Since it's Monday that means there is a Pumpkin update!! My sweet niece/nephew is the size of a lime today!!! Pumpkin is starting to hiccup because the diaphragm is forming. Is that not the sweet thing?!

Pinch Pinch
Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!!
I hope you are all wearing green. In my office without wearing green is dangerous. Everyone seems to be on a pinching mission. Luckily I am wearing my green today so I'm safe!

I know I complained a little in my post yesterday afternoon about being slightly overwhelmed but today I am already feeling better. I had an amazing bible study last night. I love when God speaks directly to you and it just hits you in the face.
The lesson this week was all about relationships and how to model ours like those that Christ had. It starts with His relationship with the world then down to His relationship with the 72 which is our relations with our church. It narrows down to God's relationship with the 12 which should be a close group of friends that disciple you. After that you have the relationship with 3, God always pulled out Peter, James and John to go a little further with Him to places, this is where you have total transparency with these friends they go a little further with you to see your at times when no one else does. Of course the last is 1 your relationship of total intimacy with Christ, where its just you and Him settling issues!
I am so blessed to have all these relationships! I have probably about 12 friends that disciple me and I have 4 friends that always go a little further with me!
But I am most blessed to know that I have a total and complete intimate relationship with Christ! I know when He is calling me to come to Him by myself without my support group and get down on my face to settle some issues with Him. At times it can be uncomfortable to have to come face to face with things we have tried to hide or sweep under the mat but what a blessing after you have dealt with for God to tell you to get up and move on!!
Didn't mean to give you all a Sunday School lesson this morning but it just really helped me feel refreshed!
I do have some new pictures of my Niece or Nephew!! Gosh I can't wait only 10 more weeks until we really know what sweet Pumpkin is going to be!!
9 weeks
10 weeks
I am going to spoil this Little thing ... just like any good Aunt would do ;)

Can I Have a Do-Over Please?!
I need to have Spring Break again ... how do I make that happen?
I was such a good student and I continued to do my school work over the vacation because I knew that I had weddings coming up and it would be so great to a little ahead! Well school is going well but everything at work has changed again! Surprise haha! I am now in a new postition trying to quickly learn and get moving as well as trying to transition my old responsibilities to a co-worker. With all of this going on my days are flying by, which is amazing, but I feel like I still can't get my head above water. Maybe I needed to actually have a vacation during spring break ... oh thats right I couldn't work issued a time off freeze!!
I think I am in desperate need of some sun, water and good easy reading!! If anyone has any ideas as to how I can attain this without having to take time off work I am all ears!!
At least we are midweek and this weekend I will be going to Nashville to celebrate my Lil getting married and having her bachelorette party!!

Go Tigers Go!
I promise I did not fall of the face of the Earth! Last week was Spring Break so I tried to be productive and get a head on some work plus with my office blocking Blogger its hard to find time to blog. No need to worry I will find time to read everything I have missed out on!
Some exciting news from this weekend ... Memphis Tigers are going to the NCAA tournament. I don't expect us to go very far but as a young team with a coach that has only been around for 2 years its just so exciting to make it there!! I can't wait to see them play on Friday!!
Pumpkin Update: My sweet niece/nephew is 10 weeks and about the size of a prune. This is the beginning of the so-called fetal period, a time when the tissues and organs in his body rapidly grow and mature. Oh I can't wait!!

I Will Never Be Shaken!!
This weekend turned out to be a wonderful weekend even though it started off a little rough. During my Bible study this past week this scripture was given to me and I have leaned on it the past few days and I know it is going to help me throughout this week.
I wanted to share it with you incase any of you might be needing something like this too!
Psalm 62
For the director of music. For Jeduthun. A psalm of David.
1 Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.
2 Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will never be shaken.
3 How long will you assault me? Would all of you throw me down— this leaning wall, this tottering fence?
4 Surely they intend to topple me from my lofty place; they take delight in lies. With their mouths they bless, but in their hearts they curse.
5 Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.
6 Truly he is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
7 My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
8 Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.
9 Surely the lowborn are but a breath, the highborn are but a lie. If weighed on a balance, they are nothing; together they are only a breath.
10 Do not trust in extortion or put vain hope in stolen goods; though your riches increase, do not set your heart on them.
11 One thing God has spoken, two things I have heard: “Power belongs to you, God,
12 and with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.”

A Lost Art ...
There is nothing better than when your beloved does something special for you just because. I am the most cliche hopeless romantic that has ever lived. I want the rose petals scattered everywhere and a knight on a white horse to come riding up and tell me that he has been searching for me all his life. I am sure this makes me come off as high maintenance and I have been told many times that I have too high expectations and I don't really want to be in love I just want to be in love in a movie.
Well maybe all those comments are correct. Maybe I do have high expectations but they are still my expectations and someday the right man will come along and either he will be the type of man that does this type of stuff already or he will love me enough to put in a little effort and try to "woo" me every so often. As I was skimming through the February edition of Allure magazine I ran across the following article about how to write love letters.
P.S. for any guy followers or readers girls would eat this up if you would just give it a try!
1. Take Notes: It's the closely observed details that will make your partner feel adored. Also, the more specific and personal you are, the less likely you are to end up with a page of cliches. Fell free to include a few sensual tidbits (about the scent of his/her skin, for example), but avoid anything too hard core.
2. Use Ink: Get out a good pen and some nice paper; your own handwriting is so much more personal. Plan a first draft on scrap, since cross-outs and spelling errors do not help your cause.
3. Play with the Form: A great love letter doesn't have to fill pages; a heartfelt line or tow on a postcard can be wonderful. Or make a laudry list, a la Elizabeth Barrett Browing, and count the ways you love the person. Quote from writers, such as Anais Nin, Dylan Thomas, or Abelard and Heloise; extra points if you gt inspiration from your partner's favorite author.
4. Write out of the Blue: You can't go wrong with a love letter on Valentine's Day or an anniversary, but never underestimate the romantic power of one sent anytime.
So everyone should go write a love letter to your darlings! I think I might give it a shot myself ;)
What I'm loving Wednesday
This week I am loving:
1. That tomorrow night I will be going to see The Grace Card with my parents and Mr PPS.
2. That this week month I have both bachelorette parties for Anna and Kim in Nashville.
3. That spring break starts Monday so I am going to buy "Water for Elephants"!
4. That is it getting warm enough to start breaking out the spring time nail colors!
What are you loving this week?

Wiped Clean
First of all my "wonderful" job has blocked blogger! I have no idea what I am going to do!!! I guess I will have to find a new time to blog other than 8 o'clock?!
Now on to the topic for the day. I need to be laying on the couch in an office right now talking to a man with gray hair, a beard, and glasses. But since that cost more than I make in a year you sweet blog friends get to fill in! Please feel free to grab a notepad and ask "how does that make you feel?" when you think its appropriate. haha!
No seriously I feel like I am so healthy right now. I have officially wiped out my past as if it never happened. There are no remnants of it, well as much as I can control. This is sad at points since there are some sweet memories but as I have now completely closed the door to my past and I stand on the door step of my possible future I feel like I can breath easy, and enjoy the view before me ;)
I was told about a book written by Martha Williamson. She was the writer of Touched by an Angel and has just put out a new book called "Inviting God to Your Wedding". I have only skimmed some online passages from it but I loved it. She talked about how you need to present yourself to your husband as an emotional virgin. Don't go getting excited here I'm NOT engaged but I thought it made a lot of sense. You can't go into one relationship with the past still in your mind. One example she gave was to not let the new boy call you by the nick name the old one did. That brings up strong memories tied to the previous relationship.
Maybe its my OCDness or the fact that I am just a women but when a chapter closes I always need to feel like I "learned" something from it. Even if what I learned was hey that guy was a jerk! haha! But just because you learned something does not mean that you need to carry all that baggage with you. Everyone has a past but don't throw your past on someone who wasn't part of it. Just release what was and be ready to move on and readily accept the blessings God is giving you or preparing for you.
So my precious readers as I stand, well type, before you I am feeling quite free!! And my goodness it's amazing!
