I know a lot of people have gotten tired of all the new about the Royal Wedding but this is just too funny!!
First let me mention that I am still excited about it! I will be up tomorrow morning at 4 to watch the whole thing!!
Here in Memphis we have a radio station call The Q. Every morning they have a segment called "Whatcha Doin at 201". 201 Poplar Ave is where our main jail is located. It is the funniest thing to listen to these ghetto people explain why they are at the jailhouse. So in honor of the Royal Wedding they did a special addition of "What Doin at Westminster Abbey?". If you want to listen to some of the funny responses click here and then search for the Royal Wedding Update.
Silly but fun: In honor of the Royal Wedding on Friday - -we must all have our royal names ready!! Start with either Lord or Lady.Your 1st name is one of your grandmother's names.Your surname is the name of your 1st pet. And you're 'from' the name of the street on which you grew up. Mine is Lady Lucille Poochie from White Oaks. Haha!!
What is your Royal Name?

The Wind Blown Look & What I'm Loving
Today I'm Loving
1. That I am done with classes and I only have to take my finals next week!!
2. That this weekend I will be in beautiful Nashville running the Music City Half!!
3. While we are there Momma and I are going to have a little girl time! Complete with tea room lunch and the new Disney movie Prom. It just looks too cute.
4. Now that school is almost over, at least for a month before summer classes start, I can catch up on some books I have stacked up next to my bed!
Today should be the last day of bad weather for us ... hopefully! We have been having some crazy tornadoes weather the past week or so. I have never been able to pull off the sexy wind blown look but lately I have no choice but to try to make it work haha!
Last night this is what I looked like ...
Why the attire? Well we are getting new floors today so in between the tornadoes Daddy and I were ripping up carpet so that explains the messy hair and daddy's over sized work shirt. The rainboots were my attempt at some tornado safety. After all rule #1 is put your shoes on ... so why not have some cute rainboots, after all you never know if a cute rescue guy might show up ;)

A Royal Easter Weekend
Hope you are all wearing seersucker, white, and linen today!! I switched to a white purse and I am wearing my linen pants in celebration that it is time for spring/summer clothes, even though it has been 80 degrees for the past two or three weeks. But I am a rule follower so I had to wait till after Easter.
This Easter was particularly exciting for me. Sissy and Will came into town and we got to see Sissy's growing belly, she is 16 weeks now!!!
Will has bought her a Doppler so they can hear the baby's heartbeat at home so they brought that with them. Nothing could have made my day any better after hearing that sweet little beating noise in real time!!
And of course there was church! Don't you just love praising a God who sacrificed so much for you?!
Last night Mom and I watched two royal specials on TLC preparing for the big wedding day coming up. And of course we watch the Will and Kate movie on Lifetime too!
Hope you all had a great Easter!!

Friday Confesssions
I may or may not . . .
1. Cry as soon as I see this girls sweet face tonight because I have missed her too much over the past 8 weeks! It sucks having your BFF in another state.

It's A Slippery Slope
I am a few months away from turnin g 26. Which I consider the slippery slope to 30 SIGH!
With that being said I have read in a ton of magazines that this is the ideal time to begin using those dreaded products . . . anti-aging/ wrinkle creams (insert dramatic scary music here, Ooo or maybe even a high pitch scream like in those old slasher movies)!
Anyway enough of the drama. To prevent wrinkles later you should start in your twenties. So here where I need help ladies. I have no idea what to get?! I am a die hard Clinque girl but I have also heard great things about Olay's 7 Total Effects line. But there are so many options and I'm not sure what I need.
Do any of you use anti-aging or wrinkle creams? If so please share some secrets!!

Top 2 Tuesday . . . Collections
Top 2 Tuesday . . . Things you collect
I have always collected something. When I was little it was Precious Moments, which I still get on special occasions. But I guess the top 2 things I collect lately are
1. Racing Bibs- I didn't intentionally start to collect these but since I started running I thought it would be cool to keep them all. I write my finish time on the back so I can see my progress with each race. I started running a year and a half ago and my first race was Race for the Cure. A few months later I ran the St. Jude Half Marathon. Since then I have completed 4 more 5K's and one more half marathon, and I am running another in about a week and a half.
2. Junior League Cookbooks- Since I was born my sweet momma has collected cookbooks. When I joined the junior league I bought a cookbook of course! Even though that is no longer the main fundraiser for any Junior League I think it is a really cute symbol of the older days of the League. So now wherever I go I pick up a Junior League cookbook, now I just need to learn how to cook so I can use them!

Better Than Ice Cream
I am only two short weeks away from the music city half marathon so I'm trying to really stick to my training schedule and nutrition plan. Plus you saw the swimsuits yesterday that I am dying to get. But tonight is dinner and dessert with two girls who I am lucky to have in my life.
Our dinner choice isn't that bad but we decided dessert would be a nice treat, and give us more time to talk you know something that we never get to do ;) ! Here in Memphis we have a place called Yo-Lo, a frozen yogurt place, and it is delicious! Don't sneer, I know what your thinking but it really is good. You get to pick your flavor of yogurt and then add on a tons of different toppings. Only problem is that its a bit of a drive from where we live and will be eating dinner. Lauren had a great solution for this . . . Yogurt Mountain! It is much closer to where we will be and it is suppose to be just as good. Has anyone tried this place before? And does it live up to the expectations of Yo-Lo? If so then the only problem I'm going to have is not adding to many toppings! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Decisions Decisions?!
Since we are so close to Easter and it's 80 degrees today I thought I would talk about the beach! Oh I am in desperate need of a vacation and nothing sounds better then laying on the sand and listening to the waves. But I have to make sure I do it in style!
As my work bestie Candice says: I need another swimsuit like I need another hole in my head!
I have probably about 9 or 10 swimsuits but I actually need that many. I go on week long cruises and week long trips to the beach so I have one to wear everyday, plus a few extra for safe measure. I have found a few that I like but I am only allowing myself to buy one! There's no need to over indulge right ;)
I cannot make a decision to save my life so I need help sweet blog friends.
Here are the options:
Macys
Betsey Johnson Swimsuit, Let's Polka Bikini Top & Bottom
Dillards
La Blanca by Rod Beattie "Valley" Ruffle Bandeau Top & Ruffle Hipster Bottom
Victoria Secret
Balconet Top shown with cheeky bottom
Heart Bandeau Top
So which one should I get? Do you have a favorite place that has super cute swimsuits?
With all this talk about beach time and looking at those pictures I am so glad I am going to Pure Barre tonight!
